Our First Grade Finale Program is TOMORROW at 2:15!  Please come a few minutes early to be seated in Pioneer Auditorium.  We would like to start right away.  These first graders are so excited to show their talents.  If you cannot make it, we will be sure to video tape it so we can put it online for your viewing :).

It's hard to believe next week is the last week of school!  

• We have our picnic on Wednesday at 11:30 (please pack your child a sack lunch!).  You are welcome to meet us at the park.  If you have frisbees, chalk or hula hoops that you don't mind sharing, please bring those along as well.  
• Friday will be a half day of school.  We will finish with a Walk of Fame for the 5th graders.  After the Walk of Fame, we will come back inside as a class and dismiss from our classroom.  Please do not take your child too early (I need to say goodbye!).  

I have had such an amazing return to teaching this year with your kiddos.  They are kind, generous souls full of life, love and energy.  Your help and support this year have been tremendous.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for EVERYTHING that you have done this year for us!  Since I have a first grader as well, I look forward to seeing my first class grow and develop each and every year together (although I don't want to rush time at all)!
